The pool has a sliding enclosure ensuring the safety of young children – easily opened fully on fine days, whilst allowing bathing under cover when required. The house is situated in a rural hamlet just outside the pretty village of La Gaubretiere (1 mile to a selection of shops, amenities and bars). The town of Les Herbiers is at just 6 miles, where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a weekly market. The surrounding area is delightful countryside, offering many interesting sites to visit and within easy reach of the Vendee coast (Les Sables d'Olonne, La Tranche sur Mer and St Jean de Monts are each just an hour away). The Loire valley with its chateaux and vineyards is accessible for day trips (Angers 1 hour) and the famous history theme park of "Le Puy du Fou" just 15 minutes away.
